A two-part study validated a fifth-grade AI-literacy questionnaire with 504 learners and compared a 19-week STEAM-PBL-AIoT course with an AIoT course in 109 students. The integrated course showed larger self-reported gains in several dimensions, while the ethics advantage was not significant.
